We develop and implement advanced reliability, availability and maintainability technology (RAM) to improve clients’ asset performance. We provide asset-intensive enterprises with asset management and software based on the full life cycle and big data cloud platform. The overall business scope covers a number of national key areas such as oil and gas platform, petrochemical, oil refining and power. The main partners are Sinopec, BP, the University of Manchester, JGC and so on. ProAIM was formerly a business unit of Process Integration Limited (PIL), a commercial spin-out from the Centre for Process Integration at the University of Manchester. Since the early 1980s, the Centre for Process Integration has been at the forefront of the development and implementation of new conceptual process technologies – benefiting many thousands of industrial projects around the world. Some of those, such as Pinch Technology, have subsequently become recognized as ‘industrial standards’. ProAIM uses a patented process to help clients improve existing operational and design processes and use the conceptual design of new processes to improve the utilization of clients’ assets. Throughout the process and utility industry, ProAIM provides process technology to manage asset lifecycle costs by optimizing reliability, availability, and maintainability.
